Help with replacing hard drive in Vaio SZ-320P

Hello. The hard drive in my Vaio SZ-320P failed and I've already purchased a new drive. Does anyone know how to actually take the old drive out so that I can pop the new one in?

Your help is GREATLY appreciated!

Many thanks.

. remove the bottom screws, turn the laptop over
. flip up/out the keyboard, latches can be seen between the f1,f2 keys - dont remove it
. by folding back the keyboard you should see the 3 screws that hold the palm rest area, remove them
. you then should be able to slide/lift the palm rest out of the way and access to the hard drive (left side underneath the palm rest) - BE CAREFUL, another ribbon is holding this to the board.
. be very careful with the ribbon (sata) that connect to the drive.

cheers ...
