Late to the M1210

Im new to the forums and this is my first post.

I just bought a m1210. Ive read back from page 50 - 1. All threads containing m1210. I know these laptops are old now and everyone has moved on to the m1330, but I have a few questions.

1. I want to upgrade from the 160gb 5400 rpm drive thats already in it. Now is Sata 3 to new? Could I use this drive:

If not, whats the biggest and best 7200 rpm drive I can run in the m1210?

2. Is there anyway to get a smaller ac adapter? Ive looked around but cant seem to find much.

Im getting the M1210 with the Core 2 Duo 2.0 ghz, 2gb DDR2 667, Geforce 7400 GO, and Bluetooth for $500. So I think Im covered for Ram and Cpu. I may upgrade the cpu later if I find a really cheap one. Dont really want to spend too much more being that the 1210 is a few years old now. Any help on the Sata would appreciated.

Well, I read up more. Sata I is Sata 150 and Sata II is Sata 300. Sata 3 will be Sata 600. So my real question was will the m1210 run a sata 300 drive. And yes it does support sata II. I got a 320 7200 rpm Sata 300 drive for $129. Not bad. Thanks for all the replies. =p
