M1730 replacement system question

Well seems that dell will be sending a replacement for the replacment m1730 they sent me a few months back. it seems that a few things were changed in the configuration. in this configuration ill be getting a 2.4ghz processor. anyone think i will see much of an impact in performance compared to my old X7900, 2.8ghz?

well considering you gone from a 8700 to an 8800 GPu I say your going to notice a much better Video performance.

The T8300 is a decent processor.

i agree with dave, the upgrade in the graphics card i think makes up for any shortcomings the processor might have. unless you had your processor pegged up as high as it will go, you should be fine. plus, looks like you're getting a wireless usb hub to boot! i'll trade ya my processor for your video cards though! lol

400Mhz I don't think is going to make a whole bunch of difference. The video card will more than make up for it.
