hi, i havent had this laptop very long.. 2 months maybe. after going through the initial microsoft corp load screen, sometimes it will just completely stop processing.

i thought maybe it was my video drivers so i went looking for an update (nvidia 8600M GT) but nvidia has no support for it - directs me to compal's site, and they also have no support (for JFL92).

if anyone has some suggestions i'd really appreciate it!

i'm running 64-bit vista
