I have a Toshiba Satellite with the power led light blinking. I decoded the error and this is what it says...
24h Current sensing IC is not normal.
The machine used to power on without the battery inserted but now does not power on at all. Also, sometimes I would get a continuous loud beep after about 10 minutes when I could get it to power on.
I have already replaced the DC jack and this did not solve the problem.
Any help is appreciated. ( A service manual would be appreciated too!
