I bought my m15x with 2 x 1gb pc2 5300 667 mhz memory, figuring I would upgrade it myself and save a little bit of money.
I ended up buying 2 x 2 gb pc2 6400 800 mhz memory. However, I don't believe I'm getting the most out of this.
I ran CPUZ and it's showing that it is running at 667 mhz not 800 mhz.
My understanding is that I would need to adjust the timings to address this.
The Bios version does not seem to give me the option to change any of the timings...does anyone have any advice on how I can do this?
Any help would be appreciated.
