Sorry to have to start a new thread... When the notebook is turned on, it automatically turns off before system has started up. It appears to have low battery and will start up when plugged into exteral charger but the battery power bar always shows full battery life. Also if it manages to start up without external charger it will just turn off unexpectedly a short time after system has loaded. It also refuses to let me do a windows repair service. do i need a new battery or whats going on? xxxxx
