LCD probelm

hi guys. first of thanks to you all for reading my thread.

well my problem is that i bought a brand new hp 6720s notebook yesterday. it is the best ever notebook i have bought. i love everything about it.
the problem is with the screen. it works fine, but when i try to move it up or down i see a very little brightness fluctuation. but it is just when i move. it not always happens but sometimes. now i want to know that is the hinges loose. should i contact the service centre or is it normal?
any kind of suggestions will be highly appreciated.

brightness fluactuations when movig the comp is not normal. I'd send it back since it is new and still under warranty
