I want to buy a Lenovo laptop (N200 AF3) with this properties :

most (if not all) lenovo models are solid performers - haven't heard anything bad about this mentioned model

Vostro Vs Lenovo

but some of my friends suggest me to buy a Vostro 1510 with this budget but i heard vostros have problem and build quality can u give me more ?
i am a student of software eng. and need a strong and solid laptop
that doesn't have problem with Linux and i want to partition it without problem
i like to have Linux Mac OS and WIN Vista/XP at the same time :P
what do u think ?

Vostro is a good machine, but Lenovo would serve you well for student years.

And please, discussion/mentioning of installing mac OS X on a NON-apple hardware is a no-no at NBF (EULA). Thread will be closed if one persists.

^^ I am going to edit your post - again any mentioning (inclusing link referencing) regarding installing OS X on non-Apple mchines is a NO NO here at NBF - final word!

Please observe NBF's wish in this matter
