Recovery disks for new Toshiba laptops

My granddaughter is considering buying a new laptop, and was wondering if Toshiba still sends recovery disks with new laptops or do they enclose the software now like other manufacturers for buyers to make their own copies.
Not a big problem either way, just curious.

it will be hard to say Saugen, i found out that the disks are being delivered depending which countries you are in. But a request putting in advance at the time of the ordering can solve the issue easily
