What's the highest CPU I can put in it? What socket is it/are all the 1420's the same?

T5750 (2.0GHz/667Mhz FSB/2MB cache)
T8100 (2.1GHz/800Mhz FSB/3MB cache)
T8300 (2.4GHz/800Mhz FSB/3MB cache) $250 on newegg (soldout)
T5850 (2.16GHz/667Mhz FSB/2MB cache)

These are currently the fastest option available per Dell, I have not tried anyelse because of the no no return policy on cpu at varoius vendors.
