Hi there,
I got the following Notebook: HP Compaq NC6000 with the following problem:
The newest driver from www.hp.com (Driver Version 7.12.7 H2) has a good feature.
In the option menu it is possible to define the middle click and this emulates the middle mouse button by pressing the left and the right button at the same time. This allows to open a weblink in a new tab.
The bad side of the driver is that it is too old so the vertical scrolling isn't possible with new browsers like Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox.
So I decided to Install the newest driver from www.synaptics.com (version 10.xx). With this driver, vertical scrolling is possible again, but in the touchpad option menu, there is no middle button listed anymore! Also with Driver version 11.xx found on the internet, there is no middle button anymore, but scrolling is possible.
Is there any possibility to get the emulation of the middle button working in the newest driver?
would be great to get help from you guys.
