XVXonline.com heads up - Page 2

I have a xVx Monstruo-M S400 that I bought in FEB 07 (review posted http://www.notebookforums.com/thread193820.html though I have to be logged out to see it.. whatever).

The machine has been a complete and utter beast since day one and I've loved it like I would if I had married a laptop, and it bore me my own laptop child. I cared for it, I kept it clean, and it travelled the world with me (though mostly just around my house and to work and back). I read it stories, played dress up with it, doubled it's ram and quintupled it's hard drive space, and in return it helped me pwn newbs in countless games.

However, since yesterday when it slid off my passenger seat because of a no-talent-ass-clown of a delivery truck driver in front of me, it has been unexpectedly and abruptly powering down.

I have a to-do list on troubleshooting it, and I fully intended to exhaust every possibility on that list before suffering it to xVx support, but I thought I'd fire a shot across their bow to educate myself on the process of making use of the 3yr extended warranty and accidental damage protection I purchased when I bought the machine.

So I fired off an email to support@xvxonline.com
