Hi, I'm really unhappy with this problem. Let me tell you a story. 3 years after I bought this computer, I got a screen problem (vertical lines problem) and a input jack to change (so all the motherboard). I still was on warranty for 2 months. So I sent my computer and 2 days later, everything was fine, I was really happy.
3-4 weeks later, my computer wasn't booting everytime. I discover this was a USB problem on the MB that was probably bad. When I ask to the Dell service, they said the new motherboard could be a rebuilt one and was not perfect. So I sent my computer back to them and 2 days later, I received it and it was fine. I noticed they changed my video card even if it was perfect when I sent them (I tested the fan before I sent it to them and it was ok). I was a little bit afraid as I know the new videocard was probably a rebuilt.
On september 15th, my warrenty was finished.
Totay, 20days after they changed my motherboard and my videocard ( I still don't know why), my game froze and I had to reboot. Then no video. The screen gets light (I can change the intensity with Fn+up arrow) but I don't see anything. I plug an other monitor and here is what I got:

Is it really a video card problem??
I have the feeling I got cheated by Dell. They changed a good videocard for a rebuilt one and miraculously 20 days later, the videocard seem crashed...
Any ideas?
Thx
David
