Alternately if anyone finds that Windows is not working as their default Wireless manager, They can download a third party program that has the same and mot likely, better features.

In this case another problem arose, turns out Windows really didn't want anything to do with my wireless connection. I tried everything above all over again, but that did not have any affect. At this point, I decided to use the program that came with my driver's CD used for my wireless connection. It did not work before, but it was a shot at attempting to fix my issue once again. Using the Atheros Client Utility (disabling Windows management), Created an account and modifying it to my specific network at home/ school (security, SSID, Wireless Mode etc.) and my second issue was fixed and working better than it did before.

If I have any other issues, I will post it here with help or with a solution of how to fix it. I notice not all people have an Atheros card but this is for people with similar issues, especially with this specific device.

Once again, any other input would be great even any other solutions other than what has already been posted.
