Automated Overclocking?

Thread Starter
Hi, I'm about to buy a G50V-X1 from Newegg.com and was wondering if there was any way to automatically overclock the CPU (enabled Turbo Extreme mode) and the GPU (possibly through nTune) automatically when playing a game while plugged in. nTune has the ability to automatically overclock the GPU (and CPU on a NVIDIA chipset) when you enter a game automatically and that is where I got the idea from. I'm not sure if nTune works on notebooks though. Also, does anyone know of any kind of interface for the Direct Console so that I can write programs that can change the keyboard screen and such.

I honestly dont know that. I have overclocked my 6800 and it worked fine but that is before nVidia went to the 9x.xx drivers. I have not overclocked this new card 9600. You can check out the driver section here at NBF and I would talk to Fenuxx's he is the guy that makes all the drivers.
