Wireless in VGN-CR520D - drivers for XP

Hi everybody.

I just bought a Sony VAIO VGN-CR520D with Windows Vista and everything worked fine. Then I installed Windows XP, and since then my wireless adaptar does'nt detect any wireless network, even if there are available ones.

I tried many drivers, and it seems like the adapter is ok. Do you know if I need some special driver or do I need some special setting?

is the wifi device on?

your adaptor works fine then its just not picking up any signals, i had that happen to me (without the new os install) on xp and i had to reinstall the drivers, make sure both the adaptor and the router are running the same band, like b, g, or n.
