estion about tablet windows

Hi all,

I just have formatted the hard-drive of my TOSHIBA Portege M200 tablet laptop. But I did not have a tablet version of windows so I installed the regular "Windows XP Professional SP2 for student" on it. Now I want to retrieve my tablet functions such as hand writing input, screen rotation etc. I don't know if there is patch available so I can just download the patch and install into my regular windows XP and make it tablet again or I have to install the Windows Tablet version at the first place?

If anyone know the patch please kindly provide the link also. Thank you very much!

There is simply no official patch to add tablet functions to any XP non-tablet version, unless you subscribe to MSDN. Other than that, a tablet version is being required.
