i have a hp pavilion dv2500, its a laptop. everything was fine until i left it on all night because i was downloading a big file, it was on my carpet so it didn't really get much ventilation. so the next day it finished downloading so i turned it off. 10 minutes later i turned it back on opened up Firefox and everything stopped responding. so i turned it off and the same thing happened. so i thought it was just to hot. so i turned it off and came back to it 8 hours later. it worked fine for 30 min but then same problem. everything just freezes and doesn't respond. the bottom gets pretty hot but then the fans are really quiet, and usually they're always on and really loud... so what do i do? thanks!
