I think it's been mentioned before, but for the ODM database, I think that model is based on this one:

Thanks, guys. Mwave link added. Could someone get me a link for purchasing the Savrow Razor?

snu-p, yes. A 128MB M11 is one of the things I am not willing to sacrifice.

At least as far as I can tell, the SavRow is available only in England. You can order it from SavRow's site though:

... what's an optical battery?
It's a second battery that can be put in the optical drive bay.

I just ordered mine. They told me I'm their first US Razor customer. I'll let you know how it goes. The build time on my laptop was a week - they said it will ship out Monday.

Are you going to have to pay customs on it?

ok here's my specs and tell me which laptop fits my bill:
1: lightweight and solid
2: gameable (i say this because if it's gameable, it's able to do large spreadsheets for me at work plus, it's gonna be fast too)
3: wifi and/or BT
4: lasts long so i guess PM chips and NO AMD
5: not so important though it would be nice a nub for a mouse (i can't think of what it's called right now but all IBM's got it; that red mouse stub).
6: price... $1500-$2000 (though i think i'll be SOL on this part)

of all the laptops, I feel the asus M6n is the best for you. Can customize with up to 2.0GHz dothan. I'd reccomend getting a 1.7GHz dothan because it's the best bang for the buck IMO. The new version of the asus comes with a 64mb M11 which will easily handle any game to date. Battery life is 4+ hours with the option of using an optical drive battery for up to 8hrs! Solid, lightweight, and sexy. Good luck!

what do you think about the 3760? i priced one out on PC Torque and it came just a little bit above $2K.
3760 is great. It's a Sager!

But I think you want to go more with the M6N . More stylish.
sager will offer better performance, however, from what you told me, you don't need something that powerful. The asus will handle your needs easily.
The deciding factor would be how much battery life you need.
the reason i say the sager is because it priced out cheaper than the asus or am i just nuts and priced it out completely wacked?
