Cannot install Vista SP1 on VGN C240E

I don't want to call Sony for obvious reasons. (Obvious to anyone who has ever called their support before.)

I'm trying to find more information, but in the mean time I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it?

Once you get a Sony, it will be a month before the database offers the updates to you. Be patient, trying installing SP1 by yourself wont work. Use Sony built in update check for this.
