How do I replace TravelMate 2480 DC jack?

My TravelMate 2480 power DC-in jack is broken. I need to replace with a new one. I almost unscrewed all the screws on the back, but still was unable to open the back cover. Does anyone know how to open the laptop and replace the DC-in jack? Any helps will be really appreciated.

You will have to be comfortable with totally disassembling it. Are you that skilled?

I think first I need TravelMate 2480 service manual, do you know where I can get it?
