Vaio VGN-SR series manual

Hello

I was wondering if anyone know where I can download a manual for the SR series. I am going to change the HDD to 7200rpm and I don't know where to start, plus I have never done this before so I think its better if I can just follow through the steps. Please help me out.

The hard drive is found under the palm rest area.
