My PC on Ebay
For the first time in my 15 years of PC computing, I will be replacing my desktop PC with a Laptop. I cant wait!

You are definately not alone taking this plunge.

I've been at computers since the early 80's and have never "gone mobile" - though I have used laptops, I never owned one (and wouldn't). My 8887 is the first laptop I have owned and it has replaced my desktop (a custom-built AMD 2100+XP rig).

I have not regretted the decision ever since the laptop arrived.

Yeah, im Jones'n. I have a buddy with a 2gig Dell LT that brought it over to play BF on a few months ago - way cool. I didn't really consider getting a super fast one until my boss offered to reimburse me for the cost of a "normal" laptop.
