I dont know what to do. im loosing it, yesterday I upgraded to a new screen which was in stock. Now today they tell me it isnt in stock and is on back order. I am considering demanding my money back and buying something else.

My laptop has been a nightmare. One thing will be back ordered, then when it comes in, something else is back ordered. This is a never ending cycle. This is something no one should have to put up with when they drop a pretty coin on something in this economy.

Im am agervated with AlienWare right now.

Took me almost a month to get mine built and I never changed components after I ordered. My graphics card was the only thing backordered. Pick out what you want, don't choose from what they advertise to have in stock. It'll be a long agonizing wait, but once you have the computer in yours hands you'll never look back.

You really shouldn't be losing it as your original "estimated shipping date" was the 27/10 and it's now only the 22/10. Then you also made some changes to your order which Alienweare clearly states may or will delay your order even further, however you are still way ahead of your estimated shipping date, which you knew of when you ordered...

All I can say is that you should relax, it really will be worth it.

No just 1 thing would be on back order, then when it came in something else would have be backordered.

Im feeling better today. It should be going to intergration today and should ship monday. I guess I will be taking this dell back Ive been using.
