Just wanted to let everyone out there know that there is a new BIOS update for the m15x. I called to try and resolve the keyboard response issue and the rep told me, "oh, we just released a BIOS update 2 days ago which fixes that issue." He then took me through the process and my keyboard is now functioning perfectly!!!!
Not sure if this is posted elsewhere, but I wanted to make everyone aware that the solution is out there!!!
