Easy to dual boot XP64 and XP32?

I'm looking to get a new M6400 and given the machine can handle up to 16GB of RAM it makes sense to go higher than my usual 4GB. I'll obviously have to go to to a 64bit OS, but given compatibility issues (games etc) I'd like to be able to fallback to 32 bit.

If I had 2 (non-raid) drives fitted, would it be easy enough to have one OS boot from one drive, and the other from the 2nd drive?

So far I been running all my Apps and Games with 64 Bit XP - well almost all the backup software with my NAS drive is still pending an update.
