Ive had this a week. and well to return i got to pay 15% restock fee so I figured I put it up here since I got a good deal to begin with. again this is the new model

I didnt buy mine from apple.com Bought it at BestBuy and there policy is 15%

So on the Heatwave page it looks like you buy stuff online and sell it for a "living." A bit confused by what you mean when you say you have had it a week but it looks like you have a lot of pole rating you and your practices...

This laptop had been sold. I bought it. It arrived perfect and I am using it daily. michellelane71's transaction was good and communication was great as well during the transaction.
