hope you can help me out here.. i was trying to reset the password for my NEO laptop (in which their site is in the middle of nowhere..neo.com.ph), but still i can't unlock it.. i tried the backdoor password but nothing happens.. i also tried some debugging tutorial but still doesn't work.. the bios for my laptop is phoenix bios..
all i want is to format my laptop then install a fresh copy of windows xp sp2, but i dont know if my cd-rom is not working or it's just the cause of the virus that's why i can't use my cd-rom for booting.. now, im trying to use a flash disk but i cant boot my flash disk because the BIOS is locked down..
i really need a help for this.. please send me some troubleshooting for this.. any help will be appreciated.. thanks..
