WinXP built in power management sucks in comparison to Vista's; does anybody know a low-resource intensive program that adequately covers the power controls that are missing in XP. Essentially a way to port Vista's power management software onto XP, or use of another program. This software will need to cover CPU, USB, WiFi, PCI express, HDD power settings as these should definitely be available.
