Poor support.

I've been trying for months to get a new battery for my Aviator CX7, which has gone completely dead. It has been a constant game of broken promises to return phone calls, promises to ship batteries, etc, etc. None of it has resulted in a new battery. I finally tried ordering a battery from another company, which turned out to be a mistake, since it was actually a poorly made knockoff which didn't fit in my computer (and probably wasn't safe to put in my computer anyway.) My battery is now so dead that sometimes the computer just restarts. A round of calls this week with Brian at Hypersonic (when I could get someone to even answer their phone) turned into a comedy of him telling me that there was a battery in the warehouse, then there wasn't but one was coming in, then that one came in, then they couldn't find it but had another one, then that one wouldn't hold a charge, etc.

Basically, what I'm saying here, is that this company has turned into a joke. They act like they're run by a fifteen year old in his garage, unable to conduct even the most basic of business or support their equipment. It's a far cry from my experience when I purchased this $3500 computer from them, and from my experience when I had video card issues. I'm severely disappointed. Unfortunately, I'm leaving the country for a few months this weekend, so I guess it's about time for me to buy a new computer simply because I can't get a new battery for this one. What a joke.

I am surprised that this happened. I will look into the issue. Please PM me your customer number, and I will ensure that you are taken care of.

I will also be addressing the issues internally so that this does not happen again.
