General opinions on HP DVD5-1003NR

Thread Starter
I'm researching a laptop for under $800 or so for my wife's sisters. They primarily need it for productivity [e-mail, research papers, etc] but it would be nice to have a decent video card as well for possible occasional gaming [nothing TOO heavy].
Came across the dv5-1003nr which seems to fit the bill quite nicely. HD 3200 video card, AMD Turion x2 2GHz, 3GB DDR, 160GB HDD.

Does anyone own this laptop? Good and bad things? Read reviews, seems to be a good laptop but the editor opinion over at CNET kinda threw me off, they seem to not like the laptop.

Thanks everyone!

Specs do look good. I personally would take CNET (or any) reviews with a grain of salt

cheers ...

Just picked up my HP dv7-1135 nr for $650 from Best Buy this past weekend.

Specs: AMD Turion x2 2g, 4g ram, 250g hd, lightscribe burner, Vista home premium 64 bit, Ati HD 3200 gpu

I'm loving this machine very much... but you must remember that the HD3200 is a shared gpu and not dedicated. It's not going to play a whole lot. Other than me only having this particular machine for a few days, I'm much happier with this purchase than my last couple dell machines and my wifes macbook.
