iChat features for PC?

Hey all,
I was wondering if there are any programs out there that allow you to do the iChat video editing features (distortions, color change and backgrounds) on the PC. I want to talk to my friends who have iChat- but I hate not being able to do the cool things they do.....

edit: apparently the feature that lets you do the video editing in Chatfx... so is there something like that available for PC?

People have been talking about this for at least over a year. The only hope is to get Steve Jobs to offer this cool mac app for the windows platform. Any attempts to make a clone would definitively drains the Windows resources

really? it doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to integrate a (third party?) video special effects program into something like AIM....

or to get an entirely new program using the Jabber protocol...

only special effect i see so far is the environment feature on yahoo messenger. or someting like IMVU offering 3D chat
