Hi all,
Here are a few disassembly guide I've created for Sony Vaio laptops. Could be useful for all DIY-ers.

Sony Vaio VGN-S360P. Replacing broken power jack.

Sony Vaio PCG-V505DXP. Upgrading laptop hard drive.

Sony Vaio PCG-FXA63. Removing and replacing keyboard.

Sony Vaio VGN-SZ645. Removing LCD screen and inverter board.

Sony Vaio PCG-K series. Taking apart and replacing DC power jack.

Sony Vaio VGN-FZ220. Replacing damaged power socket.

I'll post more when they are ready.

Disassembly guide for Sony vaio VGN-FW140E

Does anyone know where i can get disassembly instructions for my vaio vgn-fw140e aka pcg-3b2l.

Ive looked everywhere and i even got a virus site. Please help.

You might have to use one of the guides above as reference. There is not much to do with the FW since the screws are of the same size and watch out for the 3 screw under the optical drive. Should be straight forward.
