Problem With Omega Drivers

I downloaded the new Omega Driver for my 8890 but for whatever reason after I install it my desktop background becomes jagged and much more blurry. It seems to revert to normal when I uninstall the the driver. Id like to keep the driver and fix the blurriness but I dont know what I should do.

Did you reset the color depth after installing? It defaults to 16-bit color on a fresh install.

Hello,

try to install it and be carefull to uncheck the 3 check box (Artefact tester, Radlinker, Multires). These 3 programs are best for non Mobility card, only for overclocking.

Before install, be sure there is no old ATI drivers (conflicts ??). Uses the free Driver cleaner :
Driver Cleaner 3

If you own a TV tuner, don't forget to download the Tv tuner drivers on ATI website, it is not include in Omega drivers.

I don't have any problem with these drivers on my 8890.

where on the ATI site can you find the TV tuner drivers?

The TV Tuner isn't made by ATI, it's made by AverMedia. Check the Sager or Clevo sites.
