Dell Mini 9, bluetooth location?

Bought a Dell Mini 9 and when it started, it had my bluetooth places, but the icon was blue/red.
I uninstalled the software to reinstall, and now it says "Turn on the bluetooth with the radio switch to continue" and stops there.. Device manager showed a Bluetooth bus emulator but nothing worked.
I opened the bottom and found the SSD, Wifi, and Memory, but dont see any BT card..
Is it somewhere else? Its listed in my Configured system...

The Bluetooth card on the mini 9 is screwed to the underside of the palmrest (you'll have to diassemble the whole system to get to it). The cable however should be accessible with the keyboard removed.

do you know what the part number for a replacement would be? IE: i didnt order mine with it, but dont want to use a USB option.

no idea what the part number is unless someone was to PM me the Service tag number of a system that shipped with Bluetooth. Dell_Richard B might be able to help since he's our official Dell person. I'm just a third party field tech for them and other companies.
