I know there's prolly an easy fix/answer, but I'm just about 'searched out' and would appreciated a little help. I just purchased an HP dv7-1175 and upgraded to IE8 beta 2. It's not working out. Many features on sites I visit often, like the Verizon FiOS site, and extensions I'm used to after quite some time with Firefox won't work. Now IE is starting to freeze every time I attempt to make adjustments in my Verizon/Yahoo Tool Bar. Long story just,... I wanna go back to IE7. Problem is,... I can't find an IE7 download for Vista 64bit OR 32bit. I originally thought I was upgrading the 64 bit version of IE7 to IE8, but discovered that both were upgraded in the process. Every time I attempt to dl a version of IE7 that I've come across, I get this message: "This installation does not support your system architecture (32/64 bits)". How can I get back to IE7 without completely restoring my laptop? OR,... can someone direct me to where a Vista compatible ersion of IE7 32 & 64 can be found? Thanks!
