I think I am running to Hot!

Hey all need some advice again if someone has a couple of seconds. I have been looking at OC'ing my E6700 that is watercooled BY Alienware and I think I found something odd maybe not. I started getting some temp monitoring software like TAT, SpeedFan and Core Temp. They ALL say my idle temp is around 60 deg c idle. I was looking around and I think that is way to high. I really don't know what to do. I am pretty sure all of my fans are working correctly so I am wondering if the watercooling isnt doing its job. Any input would be great thank you all.

Still the same. I even let everything cool off for about an hour turned it back on and right away I am getting temps idle at 60. So I am pretty sure its the Watercooling. Could it be that I just need to apply new artic silver 5? I have never done it before so it would be quite the experience taking off the water cooling. I don't believe AW has any docs on how to do it either. So I am a little nervous. If that still doesnt work can someone suggest a good heat sink for a P5n32-sli SE Deluxe MoBo. its 775 Socket LGA. I was looking at the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118223.
But hopefully the watercooling system isn't broken but I can't think of anything else. This is my current MoBo.

I’m not completely sure, I never deployed a water cooling system, all my PC’s are notebooks 

But I do know you’re cutting it close, the E6700 Thermal Specification is 60.1°C.

First question is, do you have the same temps at stock frequencies?

If it were me, I’d temporarily remove the water cooling system and add use the stock fan to compare temps.

Here is a document from alienware that might help with troubleshooting your water cooling system.
