New Macbook 13" Aluminum screen protector?

Thread Starter
I just got a new Macbook Aluminum and was wondering if I should get a screen protector for it? It looks like when closing the screen, the keys would hit the screen. I'm afraid of scratching the screen like some older laptops I've seen. Does anyone else worry about this or am I just being too paranoid? Also, what's a good screen protector for this? Thanks.

Eh probably not being to paranoid, but really it isn't the keys that will cause the problems in my experience, but dust gather on the keys which in turn creates a nice imprint on the screen. Can't say for certain with the new screens, but older ones I have seen that as a problem on

I think you are being a little paranoid.

Remember, that new screen is GLASS. Its not plastic.

Those keys at the worst will just put some oils on the screen. Glass is much higher on the hardness scale than plastic.
