Operating system not found

Following an incident with baby vomit i need to replace the keyboard unit but i've just started getting an operating system not found error which I assume is linked to the keyboard error but i'm worried that if i replace the keyboard the unit still might not work.

any advice?

I doubt the 'os not found' error has anything to do with the keyboard, but it's possible you got the vomit on more than the keyboard. If I were in your position I'd take it to a repair shop.
