I have an HP dv6000 that I would like to sell, essentially for parts. The machine works fine sometimes, but intermitently and unpredictably reboots itself. I have had a brand new motherboard and new hard drive installed, but the problem persists. The technician suggested installing a new CPU, but I do not want to put anymore money into it. For someone more technologically savvy than I am, the new hard drive and motherboard should be worth something. The computer has a beautiful screen, but I am tired of messing with it.
