Gateway service bad

I sent my P-6860FX in for a in warranty replacement because of Hard Drive overheating and BSOD. I was told there is a replacement waiting for me in the warehouse and will ship once they received my laptop. They got mine 2 weeks ago and nothing has shipped yet.

It is not abnormal that repairs/replacements can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks, parts availability can be added to the woes. And with the busy time of the year coming up, just keep reminding them every week or so. Hope that you can get it back soon.
