Problem with m9750, Bigger problem with AW customer service

hey fellas, hope everyone had a great holiday.

I haven't used my m9750 in a while, for some reason i decided to use it yesterday, used it for about 2 hours, everything worked perfectly, no overheating this time, cpu was at 40c, gpu at 59c, didn't play any games or anything. So im done and i shut it off. 3 hours after that i turn it on , the lights on the dash are lite, the optical drive is spinning, i hear the harddrive but no post, no beep, no video whatsoever, the screen is just black.

This used to happen with my m7700, but id just reset the memory, inser the battery and plus in the adapter and it would boot just fine, not the case this time, i tried everything, an entire bare bones boot, and same problem, no video nothing on the monitor. So i call alienware, the agent told me its definitely a motherboard issue, and refused to help in anyway because my warranty expired a month ago. ( i totally forgot, and i specifically asked before buying this computer is there is any way i can extend the warranty later on, they said yes, we contact you a month before its about to expire so you can renew), they claim they contacted me but i never got anything from AW..

I spoke to 6 different agents, only one was helpful and understood my situation. about 4 months ago, the cpu died, during this time i had major exams , and i needed my laptop with me, i couldn't wait 3 weeks ( ship > repair>ship), so i bought a cpu from newegg, and the computer was back to normal, and though Aw said they dont allow this, they made an exception. so i told the agent i could have just sent it to you guys, and had you replace the cpu, but i saved you money, so technically you owe me one, still wouldn't help out.

i really dont have any options, they wont let me extend the warranty,so i decided to just sell it for parts unless anyone as any advice.

Sorry guys i dont mean to whine and bitch, its just I've been a loyal AW customer, ive bought 6 computers ( aurora desktop, sentia, m5500,m7700, m5550, m9750, 2 AW ps2/pc controllers, mp3 player, sound/speaker dock, and odyssey backpack..and i always thought business was about keeping your customer happy. ugh anyway most of you guys are way more knowledgeable then the Aw techs, i cant get any help from them, any questions i ask i always get the same response, its almost like they read sh*t from a book or their monitors, so if you have any advice for me, anything i can do, if not i guess i'll be selling it for parts on ebay, if anyone is looking for anything specfic , please let me know

i'll be putting up the battery ( holds a full charge, perfect condition), the memory ( 2gbs) the cpu ( core 2 duo 2.0ghz) and the gpu nvidia 7950 gtx

Check your cmos battery, posting problems can occur with a bad cmos battery, if that checks out, try reseating ram, check thermal compound on all heatsinks, otherwise its likely a motherboard issue and time to part it out.
