So I was supposed to receive my xps 1530 tomorrow but I just received an email from Dell saying it will be delayed shipping until December 19th that means I wont even get it until the 22nd.
Now I'm not upset about the delay, I can totally understand that due to the holiday season. What I am upset is they waited unit the day before it was due at my house to notify me. I also understand it is an estimate on the arrival date but come on they obviously knew it would not be ready before today...... An earlier email maybe 2 days ago would have been more customer service oriented.
