Help! Bricked an m5750 with bad bios

All,

I have an m5750 and the ATI card went bad. I put in an Nvidia 8600M GS card but then my bios 1.19w did not like it. I did some research and decided to downgrade my bios. When I did I must have got a bad file, as now all the machine does is come on, with nothing on screen, after spining some drives and not doing anything, I get one long beep, and it all repeats. Is there any way I can get this machine to a state where I could put a good bios on it? Anyone have a good pre 1.19w bios out there?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, But i think you are gonna need a new MB
