With the success of the Wind line of ultraportables, MSI is readying for larger things. Their new system the U300 is not officially going to be a part of its Wind line but they're still considering it an ultraportable. Details are still sketchy at the moment but what they are saying is that it will still be a very thin, light notebook. No concrete details on pricing either, "but it will definitely not be priced like a $2,000 typical ultraportable". And they say they're looking for the system to get roughly 6 to 7 hours of battery life.

Also included is news that they're looking at US release of their Netbook lines including 17, 19, and 22-inch notebooks all with available touchscreens.
