Got a Micron Trek II.

It has a USB on it. Is this USB compatible with most modern stuff like flash drives, powered usb hard drives, etc?

I know if it's usb 1.1, it may be to slow for flash drives and powered usb hard drives...

Just not sure what I can do with it.

You just have to make sure that the external usb device/adapter can support 2.0 and 1.1
