This morning I slid really bad in my car on some ice. I swerved to the other side of the road and had to hit the breaks hard. My laptop was sitting in the passenger seat in its protective backpack. I was extremely concerned that I had damaged my laptop, with the whiplash and everything.
I took it out and it seems like the hinges for the screen don't look right. One seems to be sitting slightly slanted and the spaces between the hinges on each side don't look equal. I'm really worried about this. Can anyone tell me if they've ever had an experience like this, with whiplash in their car and laptop? I'm a high schooler and I love my laptop, just worried I've damaged it. It works like normal though, I'm paranoid about the hinges. Is there anything I can do about this? Or is it that bad of a thing if the hinges are damaged a bit?
Sorry if I sound desparate, I'm just worried about this. Thanks everybody.
