Getting rid of the password is easy if you have the password to start with. Which begs the question, why don't you just ask the "trainee" what it is? If you're looking for help to break into a protected laptop you aren't likely to find help from anyone in this forum. If your request is legitimate just call up Dell and a tech there will be happy to help. If as I suspect (and most here would) the laptop isn't yours, you're barking up a wrong tree asking us to help you.
That said, once you've got the password all you need to do is go into the BIOS and change it or remove it. I doubt you'll get more help than this from here, as we are above board and aren't going to help someone potentially steal a notebook or the info on one. There are other much more nefarious sites that will help you do that, this isn't one of them.
