Help! Crypted file by fingerprint, can't access

I use Sony Vaio VGB-TT130N. Installed Protector Suite QL 5.6.2 build 3651.

I have encypted a folder (my importand data) not create backup password. I selected "No backup password".

2 day ago I reinstall Windows by Recovery Center. Now I can not access the file encrypted. Scan fingerprint is successed but after is error "Not authorized user"

What solutions for this problem? Please help me, I dont backup data.
